Job Description

As a Fundraising Manager, you will develop and implement strategies to secure funding for our programs. You will work closely with donors, partners, and the board to build and maintain strong relationships and drive fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
• Manage donor relationships and maintain engagement.
• Prepare and present fundraising reports to the board.
• Collaborate with other departments to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising or development.
• Proven track record of successful fundraising.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
