Job Description
The Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of our community outreach programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure programs meet their goals and have a positive impact on the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement program activities in collaboration with team members.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and report on outcomes.
- Engage with local communities and stakeholders to foster partnerships.
- Develop and manage program budgets.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in program management or coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with NGOs or community organizations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
